Norman Binsted is with the NAI Corporate Services Group in San Antonio where he has worked in commercial real estate for 25 years. Although he focuses primarily on office and industrial requirements as a tenant and buyer representative, his depth of experience enables him to work on almost any kind of commercial real estate assignment. Norman's resume includes a specialization in site locations and specifically "contact" center transactions.
Background
Norm began his real estate career in 1984 as a leasing agent with a prestigious office and retail property developer in San Antonio. After two years, Norman left this initial venture to join Worth-Thomson & Associates, a new venture formed by former executives of the Callaway Corporation for the purpose of buying and creating value in distressed real estate. In the position of Director of Leasing, Norm was responsible for the leasing and management of a one million square foot portfolio of office, retail and office/warehouse properties. For two years following his association with Worth-Thomson & Associates, Norm owned the firm of Commercial Dimensions Real Estate, after which he joined CB Richard Ellis in their Corporate Services Group and remained there for 12 years prior to joining NAI REOC San Antonio.
