Brokerage requires an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, legal documents, market trends, specific technical skill sets and most importantly – sales skills. However, marketing requires a different set of skills including research, creativity, organization and promotion.

We engage an in-house GIS Planner using the latest aerial and mapping software, a professional photographer and flash video productions to develop our marketing collateral.

Once our collateral is created we orchestrate custom marketing campaigns for each assignment to proactively and effectively drive prospect activity.
