Kim maintains NAI REOC San Antonio/Austin's customized database of commercial property information and compiles information to publish comprehensive quarterly reports. By conducting quarterly surveys of all statistically significant properties, she is able to track rental rates and vacancy trends as well as leasing and sales activity for the office, retail and industrial markets. After careful analysis of the data, Kim generates a variety of reports that explain the results of the citywide surveys and offer insightful commentary on market activity.

Background
Kim began her career in commercial real estate experience in 1990 with Compass Alliance Real Estate Services. Prior to joining NAI REOC, Kim was employed by Baxter Southwest Corporate Realty Services as Director of Market Research until she joined Todd Gold at Mission City Properties and then Koontz McCombs Realty Services.

Kim is recognized in the local marketplace as the chief source for accurate and comprehensive market data and as such her press releases are cited regularly by local and regional media outlets. Kim's data is used extensively by many organizations including the Greater Chamber's annual Economic Outlook Conferences, Texas A&M Real Estate Center, CCIM Symposium, CREW-San Antonio Commercial Real Estate Forum.
